Chef May Foo ,an advisory pastry chef from the food services division of Fonterra Malaysia will be conducting a baking demonstration on 3 delicious cakes/desserts. She is also a former lecturer of Taylor university and graduated from France.

Selene - white chocolate Cream Cheese Mousse with peach jelly & almond biscuit
